This program is helpful for children who struggle to make or keep friends, or often feel left out in social situations. It’s designed for kids who may struggle with self-esteem, emotional regulation, perspective-taking, or navigating healthy peer relationships.

It can also support children who tend to come across as bossy or controlling, have difficulty understanding others’ feelings or viewpoints, or find themselves caught in repeated friendship conflicts. Through guided support, skill-building, and practice, children learn how to build confidence, strengthen social awareness, manage emotions more effectively, and develop meaningful, lasting friendships.

Many families find the self-paced format especially helpful because children can learn without the pressure of keeping up with a group. Lessons can be paused, repeated, and revisited as often as needed.

This program is designed for children ages 8–13. The language, examples, and activities are created specifically for this age range and can be revisited at any time.

That said, age is just a guide, and parents always know their child best. In some cases, younger children may benefit with support, and older children may also find the content helpful and relatable.
