Here's How Your Child's Journey Begins
Every month introduces one new life skill, giving your child the time to learn it, practise it, and build confidence before moving on to the next.
Month 1 – Confidence
Your child begins by developing self-belief, recognising their strengths, and learning that confidence is something they can build—not something they're born with.
Month 2 – Communication
Next, they'll learn how to express themselves clearly, listen with empathy, and communicate with confidence in everyday situations.
Month 3 – Friendships
As their confidence grows, they'll begin developing the skills needed to build healthy friendships, navigate social situations, and strengthen positive relationships.

Each month's theme is delivered through engaging activities designed to keep children learning, practicing, and growing.

Why I Created Delta Confidence Journey:
Children spend years learning math, science, reading, writing, and history—subjects that are essential to their education.
But one essential area is often missing: Social and Emotional Learning.
Skills like communication, emotional awareness, problem-solving, and confidence are essential for everyday life, yet they are rarely taught with the same intention as academic skills.
As an educator with more than 16 years of experience working with children and supporting over 5,700 students worldwide, I’ve seen firsthand how much children grow when they are given the right tools, strategies, and opportunities to practice these skills.
That's why I created Delta Confidence Journey.
This year-long program was created to bridge that gap by breaking complex social and emotional skills into small, concrete, child-friendly lessons.
My goal is to help children become confident by practicing the skills that create it.
That's the journey I want every child to experience.
